We are a private Canadian immigration consulting firm (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) and not affiliated with any government agency. Our role is to advise and assist you with immigration or citizenship applications, but final decisions rest with the Canadian government or immigration authorities. We Do Not guarantee approval of any application.
Service Agreement and Fees:
Our services are governed by a written Service Agreement, as required by the CICC. This agreement outlines the scope of services, fee structure, and refund policy. All fees will be disclosed in advance and agreed upon before work begins.
Refund Policy:
The approval of a visa or immigration status, as well as the processing time for any application, is solely at the discretion of the Government of Canada or relevant government authorities. The Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) has no control over these decisions. Therefore, professional and application fees are non-refundable in the event of an application refusal.
However, if the RCIC fails to carry out the services outlined in the signed Service Agreement, a partial or full refund of the professional fees may be issued. Refunds are strictly limited to the amount of professional fees actually paid and do not include any government or third-party charges. Any unused or unearned professional fees will be refunded based on mutual agreement between the client and the RCIC.
No Services to Sanctioned Countries:
We Do Not provide services to individuals or entities from countries currently subject to Canadian government sanctions. If it is discovered that a client is from a sanctioned jurisdiction, we reserve the right to terminate our engagement immediately.
Confidentiality:
As part of the services provided, the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all client information.
All information and documentation provided by the client, reviewed by the RCIC, or required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other relevant governing bodies, will be treated as strictly confidential. Such information will not be disclosed to any third party—other than authorized agents, employees of the RCIC, or legal authorities—without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law or regulatory bodies such as the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Legal Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
